The West Africa Coastal Areas Program (WACA) is financed by the World Bank and NDF. The project aims to strengthen the climate resilience of the targeted communities and areas in coastal West Africa, and is being implemented in several countries in the region. In Senegal, WACA’s efforts focus on establishing and operationalising a National Coastal Observatory, strengthening the geographical information system, and upgrading the national early warning systems.

WACA is currently looking for two qualified suppliers, through two different Tender Notices, to support the program by providing equipment supplies and physical services. Interested and qualified suppliers are invited to submit their expressions of interest by 6 October 2025 by 9:00 (GMT+0) for supplies, and by 8 October 2025 by 10:00 (GMT+0) for physical services.
